Fruut snacks are made with fruit that the market rejects as "imperfect." This helps reduce food waste. The production of Fruut brand dehydrated apples originated at Quinta de Vilar, and even today, fresh apples from Quinta de Vilar give flavor to these thin, crispy apple slices. Peels and cores are transformed into animal feed, and we use no chemicals in production. We simply wash the fruit with water, and that's it!
