Scope of application

Quinta de Vilar disclaims all liability of any kind whatsoever, with the sole exception of liability arising from mandatory legal regulations which, therefore, cannot be waived.

Applicable legislation and dispute resolution

6.1. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS are subject to Portuguese law.
6.2. The competent court to settle any dispute relating to the SITE, the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and any other situation relating to Quinta de Vilar that is connected with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, is the Court of the District of Porto, to the exclusion of any other.
6.3. For the purposes of Article 18 of Law No. 144/2015 of 08-09, consumers are informed that, in the event of a dispute, they may resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), with the following ADR entities available:
