1.1. The website https:\/\/www.fruut.pt (hereinafter referred to as the WEBSITE) is owned by Sociedade Agr\u00edcola Quinta de Vilar, LDA. (hereinafter referred to as Quinta de Vilar), Tax Identification Number 502.132.302, with registered office at Estrada Nacional 229 \u2013 2- Travancela S\u00e1t\u00e3o, 3560-129 S\u00e3o Miguel da Vila Boa.<\/span>

2.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visits to the SITE.<\/span>
2.2. Browsing the SITE implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the user, therefore if the user does not agree with the TERMS and Conditions, they may not use this website.<\/span>
2.3. Quinta de Vilar reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, with any changes being published on the website.<\/span><\/p>

Quinta de Vilar disclaims all liability of any kind whatsoever, with the sole exception of liability arising from mandatory legal regulations which, therefore, cannot be waived.<\/span><\/p>

Applicable legislation and dispute resolution<\/span><\/p>

6.1. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS are subject to Portuguese law.<\/span>
6.2. The competent court to settle any dispute relating to the SITE, the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and any other situation relating to Quinta de Vilar that is connected with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, is the Court of the District of Porto, to the exclusion of any other.<\/span>
